Minimal Requirements

 In order to install successfully IMA on your PC, please check if you meet the following minimal requirements:

• Windows 2000 Professional /NT/XP Professional Edition
• running internal Internet Server (IIS or Apache).

Prepare and Run your first Newsletter Mailing

In general, the Newsletter mailing involves in a manual preparation (for each email  target) of the following items:

• subject
• content - your Newsletter
• destination

Using IMA Campaign Manager, you will need to prepare ONLY ONCE a Campaign that will include these items, you will update the Target list with the recipient's email and run the campaign.

Your benefits are immediate and visible. You spend all your time in looking for new opportunities, and not on preparing, copy/pasting and other time consuming tasks.

Step 1 - Prepare your mailing content

In order to prepare your mailing content, please follow the steps below :

• Login to  IMA with your Internet Navigator with your own parameters  (links provided in the registration proccess).
• Click on : "Campaign Wizard"
• Follow the online instructions to enter in the campaign details :
  • subject - the email subject
  • from - your emai address
  • message - the content of your Newsletter
• Submit the Campaign wizard .

You are now ready to send your first Newsletter Campaign.

Step 2 - Verify your email content (simulation)

We suggest that, at least once, you check that your email content is correct.

Please follow the steps below :

• Check that you have entered your own email address in the "send simulation to" field.
• On the campaing menu, insert your email to the field: "Send Simulation To:"
• Save the campaing.
• Click on "send simulation"
• Verify the correctness of the content and the layout of the the email you receive (on your own mailer ...).

Step 3 - Add emails addresses to your Target list

In order to add email addresses to the Target list,  you need to:

•  click on the "ADD Target" button displayed on the main Campaign window. The "list" window appears .
• Use one of the import option from the "list" window to upload new emails. Note, that the import proccess will automatically "filter" the emails from the rest of the uploaded content.
•  When done, close the "list" window.

Step 4 - Send your email Campaign

• From the main Campaign window, click on the "send campaing" button.
  The "send email" window apears.
•  Choose between of the two options:
  • "Send Next Email" to send only the next email
  • "Send All Emails" to execute the who campaign to all recipients.

Emails will be sent automatically to their targets, and the status of the sending is displayed on line.
