| How to Create a List | |

From the left frame window, press the "create list" button. Set the list name and press the "create list" button.

From the left frame window, press the "all list" button.

From the left frame window, press the "all list" button, then click on the appropriate list name.

| How to Add Email Addresses to a List | |
|
|
Select a given list to edit (like in the previous step). Place the email addresses in the textarea, then press the "import all emails in list" button. Alternatively, press "browse" button and select a file, then press the "import all emails in file". In both cases, IMA will extract the email addresses from the text as other types of information will be ignored.

Select a given list to edit (like in the previous step) then click on "all members" button.

How to Create a List Member with Full Details |

|
Select a given list to edit (like in the previous step) then click on "create a new list member" button. Fill out fields in the form, then press the "save" button.

How to Edit a List Member |

|
Select a given list to edit (like in the previous step) then click on "all members" button. Click on the appropriate email, edit the relevant fields and press "save" button.
Alternatively, use the "find list member" option to search for the closest match. Then, click on the appropriate email, edit the relevant fields and press "save" button. |
